EU dispute settlement
As of February 15, 2016, the EU Commission has provided a platform for out-of-court dispute resolution. This gives consumers the opportunity to resolve disputes related to their online orders without initially involving a court. We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The reference to dispute resolution is provided by a simple reference to the EU dispute resolution platform at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
